General Practitioners (GP)s, specialists, allied health practitioners, and other clinicians wanting to refer a patient to the clinic can use the practitioner referral pathway.
Email us with “Practitioner referral” in the subject line and we’ll take it from there.
We see patients regularly from across NZ. The consultation can be completed by video call ahead of your trip, with the in-person assessment on the day before surgery.
